Non-returnable items
All works of art available on Wendyjoydesigns.com are custom one-of-a-kind pieces. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders for all custom works of art can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement for a full refund. Any order cancellation after 48 hours will be subject to a cost of materials/restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
